Conductor Score Bag Order Form

Finding a bag that will fit oversized scores is difficult, but finding a custom bag for music scores and your other daily items is nearly impossible! You either end up with a laptop bag that will only fit regular sized scores, or a plain score bag.
It is our pleasure to introduce the Garlinger Batons Conductor Messenger Bag! Not only will this bag fit your oversized scores and baton case, but it has pockets for all of your conducting accessories. The finished dimensions are: 18 inches wide, 13 inches tall, and 3.5 inches wide (46cm x 33cm x 9cm). If you are looking for a back pack style, click here!
Pockets Galore!
There are a ton of pockets in this bag, including: a pocket on the front of the score bag (for your phone, keys, or special treats), two slip pockets, one zippered pocket in the middle (perfect for a tablet), a slip pocket for your baton case, and a large padded pocket (great for a laptop). We have also equipped our conductor bag with a top flap with magnetic snaps to keep the contents dry, a sturdy board in the bottom of the bag, and a heavy duty strap with shoulder pad.
Make It Your Own!
On top of all the amazing features of this score bag, it is fully customizable! You get to choose the inner cotton fabric, outer vegan leather colors, hardware color, zipper pulls, and even the stitching. Below you will find the contact form where you will copy and paste the list of answered bullet points to get started on your custom order score bag. Kelly will be on the other end of the line to provide you with options for you to choose from.
When all of the details have been finalized, you will receive your invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, materials will be ordered so we can begin! Work on your bag will not begin until the invoice has been paid in full. Once materials have been ordered we will not accept any changes to the bag design.
Bag pricing is $225 for non-licensed fabric, and $250 for licensed fabric (for example: any media character or sports team). Please note that we do not use any Harry Potter fabrics or themes to make our products. Thank you for helping us support the Trans community in this small way!

We typically use email, but if you would prefer to use SMS text messaging or another platform, please let us know in the contact box below. If given the option, Instagram DM works better for us than Facebook Messenger. (WE VALUE PRIVACY, SO YOUR NUMBER WILL REMAIN SECURE AND WILL NEVER BE RELEASED TO ANYONE OR ANY OTHER ENTITY)
Once the design has been finalized, you will receive an invoice for the custom order via email. Please check alternative inboxes! Once your payment has been processed, we will order any needed supplies. Since we love to create for our customers, work on your custom score bag will begin as soon as we have all of our materials! Please feel free to email us with any questions that you may have by using the box below.
Score bags are a large project, so please allow at least two weeks from the time that your order has been paid for the bag to be completed. Some materials may take a week or more to arrive in the shop. Kelly will inform you of any items that could add lead time to your project. If you are planning on giving the bag as a gift, please plan accordingly.
No design changes will be accepted after bag construction has begun.
